A/C & HEATING SERVICES

Heating and A/C systems may become less efficient with use, which can reduce heating and cooling capabilities.  Regular maintenance will keep your system operating at peak performance.  A comprehensive evaluation of the heating and A/C system includes a cooling system pressure test, measuring interior vent air temperature and inspecting system for leaks or other damages.

To keep your vehicle running properly at all times, we offer a number of services that are carried out by our expert repair technicians who have years of experience performing everything from oil changes to engine overhauls.

We use high-tech diagnostic equipment to guarantee your vehicle is repaired and/or serviced correctly the first time around, and we only use the highest quality  replacement parts, filters, and fluids when it comes to your vehicle.

brake repairs

Brake pad problems can usually be identified by squealing brakes.  If your brake pads deteriorate completely, you'll hear a grinding metal on metal sound when braking, meaning that it's too late and you're ruining your rotors or drums.  Routine brake inspections and maintenance help to ensure your vehicle's brake system operates as designed at all times.

drivetrain & transmission services

The drivetrain system generates power to the drive wheels.  Whether you vehicle is All Wheel Drive (AWD), Front Wheel Drive (FWD), Rear Wheel Drive (RWD) or Four Wheel Drive (4X4) we understand the special needs of these vehicles.   Regular maintenance of  differentials, transfer cases and transmissions (automatic and manual) is critical to the part's lifespan.  Service on these components are not done as frequently as oil changes, but just as important.
emissions system & nc inspections

North Carolina requires regular safety inspections and/or emissions inspections on cars and trucks.  We are well-equipped and certified to perform these inspections.  Your Check Engine Light is controlled by the on-board computer in your car.  The computerized engine control systems are responsible for regulating exhaust emissions and providing increased fuel economy.  If your Check Engine Light comes on, it could mean a costly problem, like a bad catalytic converter or it could be something minor, like a loose gas cap.  We have the necessary tools and training to diagnose the problem for you.

ELECTRICAL system REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE

The Electrical system of your vehicle consists of four major components: the battery, starter, alternator and ignition.  A failure with any of these components would translate to a vehicle failure.  If you are having intermittent starting problems or are having to jump start your vehicle, our technicians can handle your needs to get you back on the road.

factory scheduled maintenance

We provide regular preventive maintenance services in addition to complete repair services.  To save you money and future issues with your vehicle, we recommend adhering to your manufacturer's factory scheduled mileage intervals as outlined for the vehicle's specific year, make and model.  By utilizing the CARFAX Service Center, you can be aware of upcoming services for your vehicle.

oil change service

Regularly changing the oil in your vehicle is one of the simplest, most effective and inexpensive ways to help protect and prolong engine life.  Oil lessens wear, reduces friction and forms a seal between the piston rings and cylinder walls.  The oil also helps cool engine parts and even dampens the shock and noise of moving parts.  Our multi-point oil change service not only changes your oil and filter, but checks and fills all vital fluids and inspects major vehicle functions to ensure optimal performance and safety on the road.
